Terry founded Pivotal in 2005 having previously worked as a Director at Securicor. Terry is educated at Queens University (school of Finance), is married with four children and currently involved in the restoration of a grade 1A listed building. Terry was national sport champion and previously represented Ireland. Terry is a member of Queens University Chief Executives club and sits on the Bank of England decision maker panel.
Fergus McIlduff
Chief Financial Officer
Fergus is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Chartered Accountants, having trained and qualified with EY where he worked in the UK Mid-Market M&A team. Fergus has a wide range of experience operating at a Board level with private equity owned/high growth businesses and has worked on an advisory basis with FTSE/NYSE listed and large private businesses across Europe and North America. Fergus is a strategic finance leader with a focus on growth, M&A and delivery of shareholder value.
