Relationship Co-Ordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Relationship Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic and friendly team at Pivotal to facilitate the continual growth and expansion of the business. We are therefore looking to recruit people to join us at this exciting time for Pivotal.
General Requirements
- Provide service and sales support to existing and future relationships as a direct client contact.
- Supporting our ‘Top Tier customers to ensure the very best customer service is provided.
- Account maintenance, collating all documentation and distributing to the relevant departments within the company.
- Effectively communicating with both internal and external to proactively resolve client issues- following escalation protocols and working closely with the customer service team at Head Office.
- Assist with organising meetings creating presentations and organising agendas.
- Perform analysis and provide MI for Customers and Department heads.
- Track all contacts and business opportunities on the companies CRM System.
- Maintain and reconcile database information.
- Work as part of a team or independently to support our branch network to ensure we meet our SLA’s.
- Ability to prioritise your workload.
- Ensure internal processes and procedures are followed at all times.
- Comply with internal and external audits, providing reports and documentation as and when required.
- Provide a general administrative service including full use of Microsoft suite, outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint.
- Collating and input of information using company IT Systems – TT, TMS, Salesforce,
- Any other day to day customer/administrative duties as required to ensure a professional service is maintained.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Input and process all data onto in-house system, so a keen eye for detail is required.
- Any other reasonable task detailed and requested by your Line Manager or other senior manager.
For the successful candidate we offer the following:
Rate of Pay
A starting salary of between £24,000 to £25,000 per annum DOE. You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday – Friday. You will be paid monthly by credit transfer to your nominated bank account.
Place of Work
The role will be located in our newly appointed modern Hartlepool office which has free parking, close to public transport and has access to on-site facilities such as a gym and canteen.

Job Description
You will report directly to the General Manager UK. You will provide a comprehensive administrative and customer support function to assist and support the GM UK along with Sales, Operations and Head Office Teams. To maintain customer interactions to have direct communication with Customers and nurture and grow relationships.
You will ensure new customers are reviewed periodically to ensure expected service levels are met along with managing contract issues for new customers and renewing customers alike.
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar client-centric relationship role;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management abilities;
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
