For the successful candidate we offer the following:
Rate of Pay
The current salary is £13.84 per hour and authorized overtime is paid at an enhanced rate of £15.51 per hour. You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, on a roster basis Monday to Sunday. You will be paid monthly by credit transfer to your nominated bank account.

After 3-month service with the company you will be automatically enrolled in the company pension (NEST), if eligible.
Holiday Entitlement
You will be entitled 20 days holiday plus 8 statutory days per year.

Job Description
You will report directly to the ATME Manager. Based within the Belfast Branch in Castlereagh, you to work closely in conjunction with all ATM customers ensuring daily & monthly targets are achieved. You will be responsible for parts movement and audit trails of said parts. You will be required to provide technical support as and when required to both replenishment crews and ATM customers.
Role Responsibilities/Key Tasks
You will be fully conversant with compiling and providing reports to management and ATM customers, writing, and sending detailed emails ref jobs completed. Be computer literate, have good organizational skills, excellent communication skills, flexible regarding covering additional shifts as and when needed and be prepared to work over your contractual hours if required to complete outstanding jobs.
You will report directly to the ATME Manager and your responsibilities will include Training of new staff members, periodic training of existing staff should the need arise, managing the ATME department in the absence of the manager ie allocating calls to staff & ensuring areas are manned correctly, providing technical support to the engineering team when required via phone call or onsite support and attending escalated or repeat calls to carry out more in depth diagnostics to fix the issues.
Applicants must also be of a fit nature as the role will be physically demanding due to a lot of the major parts located within the ATM being heavy and sometimes challenging to fit and reach depending on ATM location. You will work on a lone worker basis

It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have a working knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements in the CVIT sectoring within the UK.
