Rate of pay
We offer a competitive salary dependent upon experience You will be paid monthly by credit transfer to your nominated bank account.

Job Description
You will report directly to the Group ATM Manager and be based within the Belfast Branch. You will be required to carry out administration tasks for the ATM Division.
Role Responsibilities/Key Tasks
High level of computer literacy, have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills.
Responsible for daily communication with customers, management team and external partners.
Ability to communicate with utility providers, suppliers and external agencies to manage account processes.
Customer account management with experience of reports and data analysis.
Scheduling, purchasing and travel management for the ATM team.
Querying investigation with customers and external suppliers
Essential Criteria
Successful candidates must have the following:
- Meticulous and high degree of attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role
- The ability to communicate well and work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to work within tight timescales
- Previous experience of working towards targets within personal and team
Personal Criteria
- Approachable with good interpersonal skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office Programmes
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise work
- Work accurately within strict guidelines and follow Company procedures
Security Checks
Successful candidates will be required to undertake a number of security checks prior to employment commencing which include:
- Up to a 10-year employment history (less for recent school leavers)
- Adverse financial credit check
- DBS Criminal Record Check (Standard Level)
- Driving License Check (where applicable to your role)
