General Requirements
- Work closely with all internal functions.
- Reach out to influencers for events and social media collaborations.
- Maintain effective internal and external communications.
- Maintain relations with key media personnel.
- Providing marketing and / or communications support & advice to senior managers.
- Ability to build & maintain strong working relationships (both internal and external).
- Adhere to the Group’s culture and values.
- To be aware of, adhere to, and implement any legislative requirements consistent with overall duties of this post, with particular regard to Health and Safety policies and procedures, Data Protection Act 1998 and Equal Opportunities.

For the successful candidate we offer the following:
Rate of Pay
We offer a competitive salary dependent upon experience. You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday – Friday. You will be paid monthly by credit transfer to your nominated bank account.

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies, from branding, communications (internal & external), digital campaigns to events. As part of the Commercial function, they will be a key player in assisting the Commercial / Sales team achieve key performance measures. If you are passionate about marketing, highly organised, and ready to contribute to the growth of a leading cash management company, we want to hear from you.
You will work with dynamic colleagues across the business including our senior leadership team, sales and Managers to deliver high impact marketing activity and report directly into our Chief Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Develop and execute Marketing Strategy supporting all our Group businesses, aligning all marketing activity to achieve key business performance objectives.
- Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional, social media, email, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the Marketing budget and control costs on all campaigns / marketing projects.
Content Creation
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling and innovative content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
- Development and management of website content.
- Development of Group Intranet site and internal communications.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Pivotal’s presence on social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media content, respond to comments, and actively participate in relevant industry conversations.
Data Analysis
- Assist in gathering and analysing marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Generate reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial / Sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
- Assist with development of relationships with relevant external business networks / industry groups and business network events.
Experience
- Proven experience in marketing management, marketing strategy development or a similar role.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
