DISCREPANCY ESCALATION

All customer lodgements are counted within Pivotal secure cash centre departments under hi-definition CCTV.

In the event there is a discrepancy (variance) presented the following procedures are followed.

The Pivotal cashier counts the lodgement a second time to ensure the discrepancy is present.
The Pivotal cashier notifies the supervisor in charge who will then takes over the work station and counts the money for a 3rd and final time.
If the discrepancy is still present, the Pivotal supervisor in charge will send an escalation email to the customer outlining the lodgement identification reference, the breakdown of the lodgement and the discrepancy present.

If the customer disputes the discrepancy escalated, Pivotal management will download the CCTV footage to a DVD disc which is then delivered to the customer.
